ABSTRACT
Oto dopracowana wersja Twojego streszczenia. Poprawiłem płynność frazowania, ujednoliciłem terminologię dotyczącą Twoich trzech narzędzi oraz wzmocniłem naukowy ton fragmentu o badaniach empirycznych. Propozycja po korekcie (English) "This article presents an integrated framework for developing advanced risk management tools tailored to energy construction projects. It emphasizes a fundamental shift from traditional reactive methods toward a proactive, engineering-led approach designed to anticipate and mitigate risks before they materialize. The study examines the systematic creation and synergistic application of three distinct instruments: the Risk Map, the Risk Allocation Matrix, and the Risk Matrix, evaluating their collective impact on key project parameters, including cost control, schedule optimization, scope definition, and quality standards. Central to the research is a multidimensional analysis of sector-specific risk determinants, ranging from macroeconomic volatility and regulatory shifts to complex technical interdependencies in high-voltage infrastructure. Grounded in the contractual frameworks of PZPB [1] and SIDiR [2], and supported by empirical research conducted between 2022 and 2025 on contractor claims across 35 national electric power projects, the article provides validated, practical tools for comprehensive risk management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
